From time to time, it's possible that the Address book can become corrupt on the Ricoh Afico Printers.


This usually occurs when the system has trouble saving data to the address book either via the web or LCD interface.


To address these issues you should completely power down the printer and boot it back up.


Note that the power button on the front of the Printer will not address this, you need to power the unit down completely, either using the big red(or black depending on the model) switch or by removing the power plug from the unit completely.


Leave the unit without power for at least 30 seconds to ensure the unit has completely powered down then power the printer back up.


Once rebooted the Address Book should now correctly show and the issue will be addressed.
